Goods receipt bot email for Ariba available Feb. 6
Purdue's new goods receipt bot will go live Monday (Feb. 6) to assist with the goods receipt (GR) process for Ariba orders. All Ariba requisitioners (those listed as the contact in the "on behalf of" field in Ariba) will receive an automated bot email for any items in which Purdue has received a vendor invoice but the receiving of goods has yet to be processed. The messages sent by the GR bot will contain instructions on who to contact to perform the action in confirming the receipt of the goods/services in the system.
